Three day training in participatory leadership in practice
Participatory Leadership is a practice rather than a theory and therefore this training will be highly experiential. We will be working and learning together using the methodologies we apply in staff engagement or stakeholder consultation, with immediate practice opportunities. You will be able to step in, facilitate part of the process and have time for personal reflection.
We will adress key question "how can participatory leadership help you to sustain and grow your business by nurturing and mobilizing the capacity of your workforce" and explore it in your own context, giving you the opportunity to work on key challenges you are facing and recieve new resources to support you to drive changes when returning to your company/organisation.
The hosting team will explain underpinning theories and concepts, share stories and bring inputs from their work in business contexts. They will also respond to any questions throughout the training.

This training is demanding as learning happens on many levels at the same time, from the macro to the micro and more personal dimensions of leadership. This is why we organize it as residential, to be fully present and use our time together!
We invite you to come to this collective journey with an open mind, with what you know and what you don’t know, with your diverse perspectives and your questions.
We especially encourage you to come as a team (2 or more from the same organisation), so you can engage together aroud key challenges, design implementation steps and support each other in this work on returning to your organisation !

The final programme will be designed just before the training, on the basis of participants intentions and needs and our real-time sense of current contexts, in order to make it as relevant as possible to registered group.
Training language will be English.
